Is 3D part of your marketing toolkit?
Going from 2D marketing drawings to 3D models is easier and cheaper than you might think
Along with 2D drawings that are an essential part of marketing real-estate, Space Database continues its technology leadership by making two levels of 3D available with Tru-Measure hosted drawings. If a DIY approach is appropriate for your space, use the basic Floorplanner module; for fully immersive ‘walk-thrus’ of 3D rendered space, we’ve partnered with Urbanimmersive to embed photographic images (taken by our field staff on 360 degree tripod cameras) into a 3D walk-through that can include rendered images of the exact furniture the client wishes to use.
Prospective tenants who want more than 2D drawings don’t necessarily need the expense of having a customized 3D model created. A visitor to your website can drag & drop some sample furniture into the space using Tru-Measure and 3D Floorplanner (Trivia: Click here to see how a fan used Floorplanner to model the "Mad Men" office!)

If you’d like to give it a try, go to suite 530 on the 234 Omed Ave. site and follow the 'Create your own space plan in 3D' link.
Here's an interactive embedded version of a space plan:
Where a more elaborate approach is deemed appropriate, fully immersive walk-thrus can be created. Check out this 'full featured' 3D presentation by Urbanimmersive:
