Along with 2D drawings that are an essential part of marketing real-estate, Space Database offers two levels of 3D available with Tru-Measure hosted drawings. If a simple, DIY approach is appropriate for your space, use the basic Floorplanner module; for fully immersive 3D ‘walk-throughs’ of space, we’ve partnered with Urbanimmersive to embed photographic images (taken by our field staff on 360 degree tripod cameras) into a 3D walk-through that can include rendered images of the exact furniture the client wishes to use.

Prospective tenants who want more than 2D drawings don’t necessarily need the expense of having a customized 3D model created. A visitor to your website can drag & drop some sample furniture into the space using Tru-Measure and 3D Floorplanner (Trivia: Click here to see how a fan used Floorplanner to model the "Mad Men" office!)
Here's a video which shows our economical Floorplanner option:
If you’d like to give it a try, go to suite 530 on the 234 Omed Ave. site and follow the 'Create your own space plan in 3D' link.
Here's an interactive embedded version of a space plan:
Where a more elaborate approach is deemed appropriate, fully immersive walk-thrus can be created. Check out this 'full featured' 3D presentation by Urbanimmersive:
Panoramic (360 degree) images are a great way to showcase space. We've found a quick and inexpensive way to create them. Once we create the picture, we add a bit of Flash magic to put it on the web. Click inside the image and move your mouse left and right to turn around. Observe that this is now a true 360 degree view:
We can also embed the panoramas directly into the marketing drawings. If you have an up-to-date version of Acrobat, you can pan around the space - right in the drawing! Click on the image to open the PDF file.
Simple panoramas are a very cost effective way to provide a clear impression of what a space is like. It's a great addition to your marketing material
