INDEXIO™ Pricing Options for Every Budget Even the 'No Budget' Budget!
Most buildings have a lot of paper drawings stored somewhere onsite, but there is often no budget available for a scanning and archiving service like INDEXIO – which essentially modernizes access to those drawings. While our regular monthly fees are usually not difficult for customers to justify, the set-up costs can be prohibitive in certain situations.
In recognition of the challenges faced by our customers, we have worked hard to improve our processes and reduce the costs of scanning and data entry, which are required in setting up a new building on INDEXIO.
We have even created a “Do It Yourself” (DIY) component. For those clients who want some “DIY” involvement to help stretch their budget further, we now offer customers the option of uploading and indexing your own files. If you have CAD files and large format PDFs, we will show you how to upload and build an online library in INDEXIO. You will only need a modest budget for regular data storage fees, which have a clear ROI.

INDEXIO™ New Features
The platform continues to evolve and we have added a couple of new features this year. These enhancements are in response to user requests and we think they make the system easier to use and more flexible. (keep your suggestions coming!)
Tree View
Originally, users found drawings in INDEXIO™ through our search function. We have now added a 'tree-view' display of the drawings for your buildings. This feature lets you browse through your files as through a series of folders. It's just another handy way to quickly get to the files you need. Read More >>
Inbox
After setting up their INDEXIO™ folders, our clients found that there were external consultants that had a lot of valuable data. To get it into the system, they either had to request that files be emailed or sent on DVD, and then someone would have to upload and index them. To streamline this process, we developed our new 'Inbox' feature to let designated outsiders submit files directly to the system. Read More >>
