Space Database is a Toronto based company that has been providing innovative information management solutions to the North American commercial real estate industry since 1993.

Space Database's offices are located in the Toronto Carpet Factory complex which is equipped with a state of the art data centre

Very early, the company developed enhanced CAD-based applications to help commercial property managers meet key information management needs. Our products and services enabled companies to provide information for leasehold related construction to consultants in CAD format, to access accurate area calculations for leasing purposes and to distribute presentation drawings for marketing purposes.

The industry’s enthusiastic response to Space Database led the firm to develop solutions for generating, maintaining, and managing drawings and statistical data. In order to provide better service and value, Space Database began to focus on web-enabled software, which facilitated the management of drawings and data on a large portfolio-wide scale.

Today, we deliver complete outsourced, portfolio-wide, drawing and area management solutions for commercial property management, throughout North America.

With Space Database, major real estate companies are ensuring that their as-built conditions, CAD drawings, BOMA 1996 area data, and rent rolls are synchronized and current at all times - across national portfolios of millions of square feet.
