Early on, we developed enhanced CAD-based applications to help commercial property managers meet key information management needs. Our products and services enabled companies to provide information for leasehold related construction to consultants in CAD format, to access accurate area calculations for leasing purposes and to distribute presentation drawings for marketing purposes.

The industry’s enthusiastic response to our offering led us to develop solutions for generating, maintaining, and managing drawings and statistical data. In order to provide better service and value to our clients, and enable much larger scale solutions, we began to focus on web-enabled software, which facilitated the management of drawings and data on a large portfolio-wide scale.

Today, we deliver complete outsourced, portfolio-wide, drawing and area management solutions for commercial property management, all across North America.
