John Zsolt, Co-Founder, Vice President Business Development
John co-founded Space Database with Mikael Sandblom in 1994. John was an expert in space management processes, commercial building area certification, and leasing related marketing. Highly active in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) both in Toronto and internationally in the area of building area certification, he published several articles on space management and spoke at numerous conferences and trade shows.
On March 1st, 2009. John Zsolt passed away due to injuries sustained in a snowboarding accident. He was a great colleague, mentor and true friend to all of us here and is profoundly missed. The Space Database team is dedicated to realizing the vision that John had for the company. We will continue to build a suite of integrated products and services that add value to our clients.
